One of the key features important to us is the automated functions such as email sending links to surveys, links to training and certificates all of which had to be done manually previously > > **Inconvénients**: Users do not have to pay for training, our training is free at the point of delivery yet the payment page could not be removed for us. Setting up surveys is clunky and takes a lot longer than through MS forms which is what we have used previously. The surveys don't look very professional either- they look quite outdated and presentation could be improved greatly > > We are still in the first few weeks since going live and the team are still getting used to the system. Implementation has taken longer than I had anticipated but I hadn't had any previous experience of such implementation.
