The donor management and accounting features integrate well together. The scheduling of volunteers has made the process much easier. The distinction between accounts and funds makes it easy for churches, and running financial and budget reports is very easy. Overall the software is amazing and the customer support has been very quick and SO helpful\! > > **Inconvénients**: There are a couple of little quirks. For those in Canada, it does not use double value entry accounting, so I have to enter the HST amount in the note line, export it as a CSV file, and then add it that way. It can still be tracked but it takes a few extra steps. It is not complicated to learn. The Reports have helped in preparing tax returns to seeing where the ministry is going. They do so many things well. What caught our attention initially was that is was developed for churches specifically. Our church started to look for just a replacement for our accounting software. The price for a ChurchTrac subscription that included the accounting software that we needed was less than most other accounting software on the market, but it offered more than just accounting software, it included a robust Church Management Software. The other main feature that attracted us to ChurchTrac is that it offers an amazing support network that includes the usual phone support but also webinars, YouTube Videos, online tutorials, and a complete online user guide. After viewing a few of their presentations, it became apparent that they do more than just software support. Much more. They provide ministry support to such an extent that you think that you have hired a consulting firm to help run your ministry smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, and then they throw in a healthy dose of encouragement besides. > > **Inconvénients**: We have been transitioning to ChurchTrac for about a month now and have not had any negative experiences so far.
