The international trip support is great and very comprehensive; the service is fast and friendly and they accomplish a lot very quickly, it really takes weight off your shoulders. In cabin connectivity can work great someday and others it just isn't happy and depending on your plan it can be very expensive, but if that's what your passengers want then that is what they get (and pay for). Flight planning and weather has a very handy app that the majority of pilots like, but it does take some getting used to. Getting your jets perimeters inputted correctly can take time and work on the software end to make sure it has the right data to pull from. There were bugs that my pilots just dealt with and got used to. Also, lots of uninstalling and reinstalling the application which is tedious since depending on your package you only have so many licenses so you have to delete keys and reinstall them. FOS - The web based application and the app look great; but regretfully they dont talk well between themselves and the Schedulers computer based program, except for flight log details. The program is beefy and archaic. Originally designed in 1983, I don't think it ever received an update in the looks department past 1991. It looks like you are using Windows 1991 and it involves a lot of clicking and a good understanding of the program. Comprehensive, yes. Intuitive, no. The other issue I would run into, would be that my Pilots would ask me about something on their app end and it was very hard to determine where my program talked with theirs, because they look and function so differently. Its a great program, but its as if they just keep adding to it and not removing outdated or redundant inputs, so it just feels cumbersome. Overall, there are MUCH worse flight programs out there and I would not say this is the lesser of two evils, its a good program, but as a Scheduler be ready to dive head into the program and learn a lot because it involves good working computer skills. ----- ### "Helpful" — 4.0/5 > **Alex** | *11 décembre 2019* | Compagnies aériennes/Aéronautique | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Had a lot of features that help the scheduling and Flight planning of our aircraft. > > **Inconvénients**: Doesn’t look user friendly.
