The photo quality is grainy and it's not as mobile friendly as we'd prefer. I've also had a hard time with getting support from MyRec when things come up. A few of the support staff have been excellent, but many emails go unanswered and our new staff untrained. > > There are lots of things that MyRec does well and ways it stands out from other systems. We were initially very excited about it. That excitement has dwindled a bit, mostly due to lack of support and design limitations. People regularly complain about getting locked out of account and not remembering password. Forgot password seems to rarely work. Mass emails have been locked up before and send at later dates.
