There's very little administrative overhead. If you have an Azure tenant with O365 accounts, that can easily be integrated with their sign-in system for SSO. Customer and technical support is usually very responsive (i.e. you'll see same hour replies). Interface is simple and intuitive. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing in particular to add. If you have a self-enrollment program, sometimes it can can lend itself to creating erroneous, non-valid accounts. If there was a simple way to also merge duplicate accounts and consolidate course/learning progression that would be wonderful. Over the years, they've added a ton of features and expanded their offerings across the board for both regular learner and administrative users. I have nothing but positive things to say.
