Using Greater Giving this year centralized everything and the system was so much more dynamic. One of the things I liked most was the incredible variety of reports you could generate before the event, for the event and afterwards. I am used to being able to default to charging for credit card processing fees (giving the user the option to easily opt out). Greater Giving only allows you to let the user Opt In. For one example, if you add a logo for a sponsor to add to the event landing page, it doesn't say that it has to be specific format. A lot of guessing and calls to customer service.
