In particular I have been asking for a link on Mobile Crew to the Maintenance file so that Un billlable hours can be applied to equipment or any other item when the crew is not working. > > A complete picture of my operation. However it does create a lot of issues so it could be a case of getting what you pay for. The customer service is okay and tries to help but I feel the system limits them from finding solutions. > > **Inconvénients**: There are a lot of glitches. This happens when you are updating hours. There have been multiple times I had to input pricing and hours over 5 times until it finally registered. It is not the most user friendly system.
