> The Nature Conservancy has been using Tandem Vault since August 2013. Our Global Photo Department went through a rigorous search to find the best system to meet our needs:

a.    Asset security

b.    Seemless integration with current archiving process.

c.    Customizable Permission Levels

d.    Ease of use/accessibility for Global users

e.    In-system workflow for image requests and delivery

f.     Document attachment to image files (contracts and releases)

g.    And, of course'because we're a nonprofit'reasonable cost. 

In the end, Tandem Vault offered solutions to all of our needs at the best price. 

Their customer service is top-notch. Any question, concern or problem that anyone in my organization has (around the globe) is addressed quickly and efficiently. This was the way it was from initial consultation through the contracting process to current customizations and day-to-day needs.) They treat the Conservancy like we are their most-important client even though I know they have many other larger clients. In speaking with other organizations using Vault, they agree that they are treated in the same VIP manner, no matter how big or small they are.

The Tandem team listens, follows-through and follows-up. As someone who's worked as a photo archive manager for over 10 years, I appreciate the fact that they listen to and value my opinions and suggestions. They are dedicated to their clients, and it shows in their superior customer service. That means a great deal to an organization like ours that is so large, so wide-spread and has so many moving pieces. They handle it all in stride, professionalism and courtesy.

I cannot recommend Vault highly enough\!

> I use Tandem vault for upload of raw and JPEG files for assignment work as well as the upload, organization, and keywording of my stock archive. The uploading is user friendly and easy. The organization and keywording is great. I especially like the dynamic linking of the keywords so I can quickly see what other similar images are in the archive. The ability to sort by color is also useful. 

Customer support is some of the best I have ever experienced with the entire team available to help sort out any issues or answer questions.

Customer service is top notch- not only are my questions are answered quickly they are answered thoroughly. They won't stop helping until I have everything I need. I recommend this too any photo manager who needs an innovative digit asset system upgrade, you will not be sorry for choosing Tandem.
