> **Avantages**: The customer service from any of the staff is outstanding. The system does what it needs to do but the staff make it easy to get help and solve any challenges.

> **Inconvénients**: The dashboards are great day to day. There are many reports to download data from but can be a challenge to understand what reports to use for data. However, the support staff will run and export for you if you the task defeats you.

> I can only recommend. The onboarding is a big job but LogicMelon will do as much or as little as you want. All included in the cost.

> **Inconvénients**: Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. (e.g. screening questions on Indeed, Remote Job tickbox on Reed)

Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to get a hang of and get the team up and running. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send.
