-excel output works sometimes and it is practical

Bad:
-Extremely sluggish, often takes 30 seconds - 1 minutes to load between screens even with very fast internet connection and computer

-Unreliable - often the web browser crashes completely when trying to make analysis etc.

-SPSS output has never worked


Overall:

It should be easy to make a simple survey website that actually works and loading times would not be so long that you can go grab a coffee and it's sill loading.

Would not recommend this to anyone.
