> **Avantages**: completely customizable, has back-end open API to zap data from other outside software systems (Sharefile, Quickbooks, RightSignature, Slack). Podio is the hub that connects my entire tech stack.

> **Inconvénients**: not really natively integrated with formerly citrix's other softwares, specifically Sharefile and RightSignature. You have to build bridges and zap to get everything to talk to each other, which seems kind of insane that a software company would own all these assets that are synergistic but not really integrate them.  The system needs more investment from the new owners of the business.  There is no customize CRM solution out there like it for the price and I run my entire tax and accounting practice from it.  Every now and then, it goes offline or runs slowly, but again, the system just needs maintenance and love from the new owners.

> overall, podio is an archaic software solution that solves so many various business system needs.  It's an open information hub for my business to inform and propel projects forward.  If the new owners continue to foster this software, it can be the real gem of this software suite.  Also, you almost definitely need to hire an data system engineer to help design a solution.  It's the only way to really maximize the capabilities of the software.
