At every step I was assisted by very patient support staff and an amazing account manager. It took about 100 emails, 10 calls and 3 months of trying to set up direct debit for them to realise that they do not support that via my bank. They then proceed to charge me additional funds for "faster payments" which will supposedly going to work. This in reality means that I have to manually pay them in order for them to make the payments. I am therefore paying £110 per employee per month for me to do all the work and them literally doing nothing. I also opted in for them to pay the pensions and I got notices from the pension provider that I have been missing two months of payments. They are the most incapable, unprofessional firm I have ever had to deal with in my life. If I had the ability to give this firm a -10 rating I would literally go out of my way to do so. Please for the love of god avoid this firm at all costs. I have even made several complaints and it never got better - they seriously do not care. They will take your money and screw everything up, guaranteed. I find the system fairly easy to use and navigate compared to others I have worked with and there are some nice features that other systems don't offer. > > **Inconvénients**: Exactly the same as the pro - the software is in its infancy so it is not perfect in its current state and requires development to improve.
