The onboarding modules in Tebra University are VERY thorough. Tebra's IT department has been remarkably responsive and helpful with resolving these minor issues. The template customization seems to have a bit of a learning curve, but it is definitely manageable. I'm sure I will get better with it over time, it just isn't what I would call "user-friendly."
