> **Inconvénients**: One issue was if someone was made inactive but still logged on to the app; the Caregiver could still clock in and or still be in the visit.  I wished there were a hard stop for that.

> Overall, great system and very easy to use.  And the development team is always trying to keep up with demands and create new features.
