That is a solution that I haven't seen worked very effectively in other tools I've tried but Freckle/Noko does it well which allows for much better reporting (especially when you have to track and report to Finance). > > **Inconvénients**: Our instance became very unwieldy because all users were able to create individual projects that didn't tie back to client accounts which made reporting and tracking at a client and specific project level pretty challenging. This may have been an issue in the way our org was setup but it appeared to be the default where every user could create their own projects despite the fact they were really collaborating on the same project as others on the team. I'd use this as a warning to future admins to be thoughtful in the initial setup and only allow specific users permissions to create and edit projects, client accounts and tags. > > Overall, Freckle/Noko is a solid time tracking tool.
