> **Avantages**: It’s very user friendly. I like how I can display my entire CRM at once, add tags to classify my contacts and send out batch emails with ease.

The best CRM tool is the one you use properly — I just need to commit more time to exploring features and implementing them to support my business growth. &#10;&#10;I prefer the web browser over the app. The app is good for quick notes on the go but for batch emailing and reports, the desktop version is needed.

> **Inconvénients**: The price. It's very expensive. However it's addictive - once you're in, it's worth it\!  The Ai component is helpful but needs work. It often isn't accurate.

> Love it. Can't live without it. We are true believers.  If it could jump out of the computer and make people make the calls is pretty much the only thing it doesn't do :)
