These edits or updates are not able to transfer all the billing information automatically to all appropriate areas involving the Billing process. They are updating their compliance workflow systems as end users make suggestions, which will help automate compliance and decrease our risk exposure with staff not completing documentation in a timely manner. Lastly, the patient portal is a great feature, but clients need some technical skills.
