> **Avantages**: We use Method as our CRM because it integrates properly with QuickBooks Desktop, which was a major requirement for our business. Unlike many CRM systems that offer only limited syncing, Method gives us a reliable connection between our customer management and accounting processes.&#10;&#10;What makes the platform especially valuable is its flexibility. Anything that doesn’t sync out of the box can be fully customized and mapped by the Method technicians to fit exactly how your business operates. That level of customization has made a huge difference for us because our workflows are not standard, and we needed a system that could adapt instead of forcing us into rigid processes.&#10;&#10;The Method team has been excellent to work with throughout setup and customization. They took the time to understand our needs and tailored the CRM around them, making the whole system feel purpose-built for our company.

> **Inconvénients**: One downside we’ve experienced is the search functionality. The search bar is very sensitive to small misspellings, spacing issues, or missed punctuation, which can make finding records frustrating at times. A more forgiving or predictive search feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency.

> **Inconvénients**: The interface looks a bit dated. It doesn't get in the way of anything but a fresher UI would be a nice upgrade.
> 
> Does what we need it to do. The QuickBooks connection saves a lot of manual work and the ability to customize things is a real plus. Not the flashiest tool out there but it's reliable and fits our workflow.

> **Inconvénients**: Poor customer service. Emails unanswered, meetings not attended or often rescheduled, attempts to receive help often rebuffed with "pay us more money to develop it for you"... &#10;&#10;Lack of features, buggy challenging back end, not as functional as competing CRMs.

> We have struggled to implement it - if we didn't \*need\* it to sync with QuickBooks Desktop, we would be using HubSpot or just about anything besides Method.

> **Avantages**: The layout of this CRM makes finding what you are looking for simple and fast.  Customer service is top notch.

> **Inconvénients**: My main issue is that when you want to add a recurring booking in a schedule the default end date is the next calendar year.  It's easy to overlook the year when only booking something that lasts a few days or weeks.
> 
> Method support staff is great.  Every issue we've ever had has been addressed quickly and thoroughly.  Following up with a phone call after the issue is resolved to make sure all aspects of our concerns are addressed is an added touch not commonly found in CRM customer support.
