As we use our knowledge base to manage internal resources for multiple groups, not being able to "view as" a user from those groups is also limiting. &#10;Options to customize seem unlimited, but you need to have a clear idea of what you want.

The ability to add accordions, tabs, and decision trees without any coding knowledge is a big plus. The price is very reasonable for the amount of features available. The platform gives you access to the entire HTML, CSS, and Javascript which allows for endless customization.
