> **Inconvénients**: We wish WESS can bring back telephone support. Whatsapp support take a long time typing and diificult to explain the problems. A quick 5 minutes call you can help settle this issue imediately instead of a few hours text exchange and still not solve the problem.

> CRM can save a lot of time retrieving information. Last time depend on manual records, very messy and cannot generate reports
