> **Avantages**: A combination of the response rate/customer service, the price, and the quality. It's rare that you come across something tat ticks all of those boxes, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team at Strategies more than did the job there\!
> 
> **Inconvénients**: There wasn't anything that was a "con" as such, but nothing is ever perfect right? There were a couple of technical hiccups when it was published regarding inbound applications, but this was rectified extremely quickly (linking to the customer service already mentioned). So yes, it's a "con" in that there was a minor hiccup, but I wouldn't label it as a "con" - if anything, it's more important how a company responds when stuff doesn't go to plan vs when it does go to plan\!

> **Avantages**: The job board is really user friendly for both admin, client and candidate, so as the admin I don't have to much heavy lifting. Support is always fantastic, always get back to me asap and fix problems very quickly.

> **Inconvénients**: My only con would be the job board was slightly late.

> I highly rate Strategies and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a job board platform - they're entire team are really personable and a joy to work with.

> **Avantages**: The software will enable you to feel comfortable when submitting a resume along with interviewing tips.

> **Inconvénients**: This software will allow you to narrow your search by state but when you click on a specific city most of the other cities still appear.  Nice if it just list the city.
