In case of emergency within minutes we get response.. Zero bug issues up to mark. Handling more than 15k patient no complains from patient regarding services from our hospital,Safty security of data since last 1 st day i have all my patient record up to mark... It is very easy to acccess to patient as well as doctor

> **Inconvénients**: Referal acknowledgement massage to Refering doctor is not there.. Need to improve CRM need to improve with whats app two way messaging from the single platform

I also find that they reasonably charge and are not constantly 'needling' to increase the cost of their service.

> **Avantages**: friendly and co-operative team, quick to help with any new requests and available over the weekends as well for any queries which we truly appreciate. for the number of features offered, the platform fee is economical. overall, helps doctors and other stakeholders get the job done\!

> **Inconvénients**: flexibility in terms of UI changes because most of the time when there is a custom request, feasibility may not be at our level of expectation since it is termed an architectural change on the teams end.
