I am just a regular person who is learning to do a website and use all these tools for our non-profit. I like the organization of the different tools in one place, emails, event, donors, membership.

> **Inconvénients**: Sending emails is too complicated for our older board members to use. The alternative is for them to use broadcast since it is much easier to use, but then members cant simply reply to the broadcast email. A new email needs to be sent to the sender if someone wants to reply to the broadcast. Most of our older ladies send me the info they want sent out and I do it for them.

The ease of creating our website is a nice feature since the next person to be communications chairman will be doing the updates. The monthly luncheons are easy for members to sign up to attend and select their meal choices. I like having club documents available on MemberPlanet too. Any help I have needed such as updating our URL has been done in a quick manner. I am not an expert in any of this, so as I learn it is very nice to have suggestions to improve our site or a quick response to my questions. Just a little hand holding while I work on it. I like the calendar in the app, and on the member login side of the website. &#10;We could easily see how many attendees were going to attend our events. Our older members are slowly coming around, I can see if their email was delivered or went to spam folder. I can see if they even opened the email. So when they said they aren't getting the emails, I can see what the situation is. We are excited to get members the option to pay for lunch ahead of time, and even pay their dues and some ladies do not make it to a meeting in person to pay their dues. So many of these features in one place are a great value for the cost to keep our club organized.  I feel quite confident the next woman to take over the role as communications chairman will do well since the guides and customer service is so helpful.

> **Avantages**: The possibilities for mass communication, web functionality, and e-commerce all in one location as well as a CRM feature for members.

> **Inconvénients**: There are just too many steps involved in the majority of functions I wish to do. Simply adding a member requires multiple steps to provide all contact information. Multiple sections must be clicked into and out-of to record basic profile information. &#10;&#10;I have to go to 3 different sections of the navigation menu to enter a new member, record that member's status, print out their member ID card, and then record a payment. My last platform had everything in one screen and made data entry/recording of a contact take less than a minute. With this platform it takes me up to 4 times as long between all of the different tabs I have to get to. It is not intuitive and confusing for any database admin or data entry person. In order to change anything recorded in error, it takes an act of congress to get it changed and the real-time update is not real-time. Reporting features can be delayed making accounting reconciliation a nightmare. &#10;&#10;Also, this database does not let you include someone without an email. Many of our members share an email with their spouse and do not want to include separate ones. Then the system does not let us enter them. The +name solution prior to the "@" symbol works for some email providers but not all and therefore we are left with a few members unaccounted for in our online portal. &#10;&#10;The Creating a Packet Function seems good as well but again has such cumbersome features it is useless because I don't have hours and hours to research it, watch the tutorials.

> Overall, I had high hopes and possibly within the next 6 months (I've been using inside of 2 months) it will improve. Right now I am very disappointed in the lack of ease, efficiency, and ability to get tech support instantaneously.

> **Avantages**: MemberPlanet is a very cost-effective AMS option for nonprofit professional organizations, especially ours which currently has around 200 active members. The ease of use of the site builder is very refreshing compared to several competitors.

> **Inconvénients**: Our board did not have any major cons for MemberPlanet. It met all our expectations and needs in comparison to our previous AMS.
> 
> Our experience with MemberPlanet has been very positive. The VP of Sales worked with our organization's board directly from initial discovery call to subscription purchase and implementation. Our initial site was up and running within a few days, and it has been easy to continue to flesh things out and develop from there. The subscription is very cost-effective for the services provided, and their customer service has been top-notch.

> **Inconvénients**: Only annoying piece I've found is the way phone numbers are shown without formatting.  When I download a member list, I always have to reformat those fields before I can share.
