We use it to manage custom work order forms, including regex-based filtering to route submissions to the right destinations, automated email notifications when images are uploaded, and a SharePoint data destination that automatically stores our custom-built work order documents. The flexibility of the form builder combined with the integration options has let us tailor it closely to how our business actually operates, rather than forcing our processes to fit the software. Customer support has been responsive when we've run into configuration questions, and the platform has scaled well as we've added more forms and use cases across our branches.
