The intuitive system enables me to gain insight into my client's utility usage and optimise their building performance and energy consumption. A range of clear visuals empowers me to be able to quickly respond to client queries which is useful in a fast-paced working environment. These visuals can be included in automated reports which can be scheduled to send straight from the system, and if needed I am able to extract data from the platform into excel almost immediately to help with more in-depth analysis. The simplicity and easy functionality means demo's for new users can be given by myself in short time frames and provide users with different levels of access. This is greatly beneficial to me as I then have more time available to focus on other tasks. The Fabriq customer support team always answer any issues or queries I have in a prompt, friendly manner. Regular catch-ups with the wider Fabriq team makes us feel valued and consulted in the continual developments to the system. > > **Inconvénients**: On the analytics tab - adjusting the data range selection and deselecting meters can be a little clunky, but as with any platform these are small quirks that I have learnt to get used to as opposed to issues that block me from being able to carry out my job. > > The platform has been particularly invaluable to us during COVID-19.
