> **Inconvénients**: Leads rain is a scam, they lie and tell you if you have answering machine detection active when using their dialer for outbound calling, callers will not get calls with answering machines and that is a lie, we have answering machine detection active and we will still get over 50%-80% of call that are answering machines that I am charged for, I contacted them and asked why so many answering machines when we have answering machine detection active and were told we would not get calls with answering machine, they changed it up and lie saying it has to do with the list of number and caller ids we use, that is a lie and BS because when we use another dialers that offer answering machine detection we don’t get 50%-80% answering machines daily that will be charged, we may get a few.  Real simple leads rain is a scam they charges for answering machines so if they would have answering machine detection working properly they would not be able to charge for answering machine but since they do charge for answering machine, it’s obvious they have the answering matching detection option not working properly so callers can get calls if answering machine and they can charge them. It’s all a big scam, also the support for leads rain is horrible, they are condescending and smart asses when it comes to providing support, they don’t know how to value customers or express empathy for any issues and they don’t have issue resolution either , they will say we will look into in and get back to you an
