> **Avantages**: I like the continual updates to the software that keep the environments that I work with protected. We've seen intrusions that are only hours old caught by this software based on their hash scans.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't like that when we have an internal app it flags and qurantines the process without an alert. This stops the app from working for our users until we reach out to have the file or process whitelisted.

> **Avantages**: I like that the customer service is very responsive. I usually get a response within minutes and the issue resolved same day.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: If the software is not updated at regular intervals it can cause serious issues. We had an office go 50% down because of a simple update issue. Having to go onsite and manually update a large amount of computers was a real bummer because of this software.
> 
> This is a great tool for monitoring a large network of computers. The issues come in when you are installing non-generic apps. The first few computers will work and then it will block the processes and unless you know specifically to look at this app you can spend hours troubleshooting in other areas. 

Usually a quick e-mail to the support team resolves the issue.
