> **Avantages**: I liked the fact that this software is extremely affordable in comparison to anything on the market that I have seen. Not to mention the feel of this company is that they are your next door neighbor. They were very responsive. Another thing is that the platform can be as simplistic or as complex as you need it. If you need a solution to aid a work center or a solution to manage a global enterprise I truly believe Team Guru tools and support to do so.

> **Inconvénients**: When I first started to develop the interface for our pilot, I tried to do too much too soon. With so many facets to the application it is best to work with the support team at Team Guru to make sure you are getting the most from the platform. You will be surprised at what you can do\!

> I performed a pilot using TeamGuru last year to evaluate software aiding in policy deployment and for all intensive purposes it was a success\! By far it is one of the most affordable platforms as a service and you will be absolutely amazed at how much it can do. I brought it to my company for the value it offered in Hoshin Kanri. TeamGuru has capabilities from quality alerts, project tracking, document control, kaizen tracking and elaborate reporting features interlaced with email notifications, and alerts. I could really go on and on. this really is an all in one solution. I first saw it implemented at Honeywell in Chula Vista and I was very impressed.

- Fantastic continuous improvement of the product - they actually listen to their customers and are able to implement customers' feedback and ideas in timely matter 
- Automatics downloads of key data from already existing ERP systems

> **Inconvénients**: - you need to be online to use it which is sometimes not possible during travel but that is the same with MS Excel files uploaded in the cloud or ERP systems...

> Every serious company needs to know the past performance, know the future vision, have a clear strategy to get there and measure the progress periodically. We do all of this and much more in TeamGuru. Our KPI improved significantly but that is hard to connect just with TG.

> **Avantages**: I really loved the ability to make metadata and architectural changes on the fly. Reconfiguration is so simple with the way the back end of TeamGuru is built, and made my JTBD very easy to complete\!\!

> **Inconvénients**: I would say the lack of flexibility regarding having to use Hoshin planning was the most inconvenient thing for me, but I am not sure if that inflexibility is still a problem. Left the implementation role to do my MBA, so I am not up to date on the current status.
