TenantCloud permet aux locataires de trouver un nouveau logement et de gérer les demandes de maintenance visuelles. Dans le même temps, les propriétaires peuvent gérer jusqu'à 75 unités gratuitement, collecter leurs loyers en ligne et publier leurs annonces sur plus de 25 plateformes !

A great tool for property management
Avantages :
Tenant cloud is easy to use for our tenants and for us. It makes it easy to track what is happening where. It allows an open line of communication with tenants and keeps all our documents in one place.
Inconvénients :
There are a few things I think could be better. - Options for creating a tenant profile, some of our tenants don't have or don't use email addresses, it should not be mandatory. There should be an option to create an account with just a mobile number. - You can't send group messages. - Can't invite to apply using a phone number. Often times people want us to text them a link and it is not an option.

Avantages :
I like how clean the system is and easy to navigate.
Inconvénients :
The only thing thing that I can mention that I like the least is that I wish the payments could be faster. But this is not a Tenant Cloud issue, just a payment processing issue until we want to pay more for transactions or charge our residents to run transactions through their cards.

Commentaires : Mostly ok. I've had a couple tenants not have success with their renewals leading to late rent payments. I've also not been able to require the insurance that I want using Tenant Cloud. This is an issue that will make me look elsewhere sometime soon.
Avantages :
It seems affordable compared to other services, and easy to use for my renters.
Inconvénients :
Long wait times for payments to reach my account.

Commentaires : Overall i highly recommended tenant cloud. Listing the property, managing application, renewing lease, and collecting rent has been simplied.

Its an easy and a professional platform for tenants to use. Its easy to screen teants, list the property, collect payments. Works great for small portfolios

Wish all notifications were pushed to an email. Such as tenant maintaince request

The time it takes to clear a payment from tenant to bank account, it takes too long.
