All actions and button clicks make sense. It is easy to navigate through a patient record, especially with current upgrades to the system. The Ask Daisy feature is so so helpful. Scheduling appointments are simply and clients are notified immediately. Any questions brought forward by the staff are easily answered through your amazing customer support team\! > > **Inconvénients**: The inability to change the name of an inventory item as it is being invoiced. Instead, we have to make a new inventory item with slight wording change (Nasal-lacrimal flush is an inventory item, but we wanted just a nasal flush - we cannot just delete the word "lacrimal" but instead a whole new inventory item needs to be added. The cost is well worth the value of the software and more.
