> **Avantages**: User friendly interface cuts down on training time and learning curve. Everything can be exported into Excel with a few clicks. RF screens and program is easily changeable. Customer service is significantly better than our last 2 WMS programs, this is significant. Adjustments are easy and user friendly.

> **Inconvénients**: Our billing is somewhat unique relative to other 3PLs. We had to build out some changes but the customer service was excellent through this process, which is what really matters in order to implement change.
> 
> I am extremely content with our relationship, service, pricing, and ongoing partnership. Happy to answer any questions if needed.
