> **Avantages**: As a new business, choosing a modern POS over a traditional provider was an easy decision. The sales team was slick and knowledgeable, and the rollout was smooth and well managed.

> **Inconvénients**: The biggest disappointment has been the stability and post-sales support. The platform can be glitchy, particularly the assisted assembly feature, which has been buggy and at times unusable. Updates are frequently rolled out that seem to change or break existing functionality, making it difficult to rely on features day to day.

Support after handover has been poor. The AI chatbot is frustrating and often fails to resolve issues, while getting through to a knowledgeable person is difficult. There appears to be no clear escalation path, and it's hard to find anyone who takes ownership or accountability for resolving problems. Despite having an "Account Manager," there has been little proactive support, making the title feel more symbolic than functional.

> Overall, CleanCloud has modern features and good potential, and the initial sales and onboarding experience were positive. However, our experience after implementation has been disappointing. While the platform offers strong functionality, ongoing bugs, inconsistent updates, and poor post-sales support have made it difficult to operate with confidence. With greater platform stability, better quality control, and a more accountable customer support process, the overall experience would be significantly improved.

Ability to have the option of DoorDash is good, I haven’t really used it. The price for what you get monthly is great and better than my previous at cents
