Before all applications were stored in folders in our Outlook, so it's much more organized having it in a system like Fitzii. - It's also great that right in the tool you can purchase things like LinkedIn or Monster/Workopolis Ads. Having this all in one spot and not having to log into multiple sites is great. - The price point is amazing, and it's flexible to what services you want to add-on. Recently it seems that support has been outsourced - there are no longer any dedicated support members. Most recently, our postings were not being picked up by Indeed - where over 80% of our applicants find us. We could only contact support through "chat", and each time we received a message thanking me for my patience and saying they were working on the problem. This went on for a week. When you call the office, you can only get voice mail, and no-one called back. Finally I contacted Indeed, and they had the issue sorted out within a few hours - they advised that the issue was on Fitzii's end. I have yet to hear from anyone at Fitzii. Fitzii has an algorithm that scores candidates based on their qualifications, psychometric traits, and culture preferences. Each candidate gets a score out of 100 which means at quick glance, I can see who the top candidates are. Then I review the complete profiles of the top people and don't spend any time reviewing the completely unqualified people. Saves me so much time and increases the quality of my hires. Plus the interface is simple, cheerful and easy to use.
