I was able to get it refunded after messaging the billing email multiple times; however, they said via email only that my subscription would be cancelled once the trial was over and unfortunately was charged again. There is no way of removing your credit card from your account and you also get an account error when trying to close your account. I am still waiting on their customer service team to get back to me.
