> **Avantages**: It's easy to enter time and other data. Once I found the right path it was fairly intuitive to use daily for time tracking.   I like the client feature too.

> **Inconvénients**: Terrible customer service.  I have a problem that is preventing me from billing and tracking and it is taking them 4 business days to respond to each email.  At this rate the problem will be resolved in another two weeks.

The UX is simple but includes all the features we need as a small team and few of the ones we don't (e.g. we do need multiple hourly rates for different users/projects, but we don't need timesheet approvals).
