Additionally, I appreciate that MRPEasy provides a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality. > > **Inconvénients**: However, I find the interface unintuitive (really bad UX, like an app developed 15 years ago), making the app frustrating to use. For example, actions that should take one click often require three, which slows us down. At times, the technical support hasn't been as helpful as I'd hoped, leaving some of my problems unresolved. There aren't enough integrations, and it makes it challenging for me to connect and extend the app’s features.
