> **Avantages**: Ease of maintaining memberships with one app. Members are invoiced automatically by the software through email instead of our old way of using a database to create/print invoices and mailing them. Sending a mass communication to members is very simple as well. Great option for our small, county owned golf course club.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish it could generate a report of account balances for each member to keep a record of all past due amounts. We have only used Glue Up for about 6 months, so maybe I just haven't discovered the right option yet. I can view individual membership accounts and outstanding invoices. I would just like to print a report of all member balances as of a specific date for Board review.

> **Avantages**: Fairly easy to figure out campaigns and community. I tried to give it a fair shot despite what my members told me the first week on the job.  But, this is NOT a sophisticated membership database.

> **Inconvénients**: Seasoned Assn Veteran.   NOT an innovative system.  If you are ok with spending staff time figuring out reports, waiting on customer service and work arounds, this is the platform for you. Associations poll members...not with Glue Up.  Association communities like to search for a conversation, not with Glue Up.  Want to change static things on your website like the year of an event?  Not in Glue Up...their staff control typical yearly changes.  Change in staff and need to change the picture or contact info, don't ask Glue Up staff.  They are very slow to change.

> I would use another system completely.  I manage multiple associations and this system is NOT one I would recommend.
