The ability to create and run a wide variety of reports on all aspects of school life. The ease of use of running these reports once they are set up and the speed at which it provides accurate data which can be exported to other formats. The assessment and data collection sections which again can be fully customised and utilised to display the data set that is needed from individual students to whole school data. The amount of information you can store about individuals to ensure that everything you need is in one place and you don't have to collect information from different pieces fo software. > > **Inconvénients**: It can sometimes be difficult to create initial reports and it would be nice to have a section fo templates to choose from when initially creating reports. You need to be extremely careful and to make changes to it is very very hard. 3- the functionality of creating report cars for individual is kinda good because it’s allowing you to build report using word and attach the data as tags. But not easy to use also. And has a lot of bugs > > **Inconvénients**: Support is very very bad and it might take up to months to solve issue. And in most of the case they don’t solve or they will let you read 800 pages to find the answer your way. They don’t know the answer to anything Very bad user friendly even for the new product called next gen Very hard to use If you make mistakes you need to do a lot of works to remove it. The software needs training by them which they offer for big price which doesn’t make any sense, company like this should offer training for free Even if you do get trained they won’t cover everything and you will need their help eventually.
