Our staff in accounting is kept lean giving our management company the ability to spend funds in other areas. > > **Inconvénients**: When bringing on new entities the set up process runs a little slow. We run at a very fast pace. Now we know to get the set up started ahead of our start date needed. > > Overall, Resman is a system that is easy to use and understand. No special in-house IT department needed. Customization of the reports is easy. We converted properties over several years ago and now bringing on new business as well. As a lead on the system, our team took the time to research and plan for the conversion. Planning and preparing on our part were a success as well.
