They tend to be extremely dismissive, often trying to close the ticket as quickly as they can without offering any help. You really need to ask for escalations or hop on a call to get legitimate help the majority of the time. There is a long-running inside joke at our company that any bug we find will only get the response "ok, we can put in a feature request"... > > See pros and cons. My experience is mostly great. My go-to tool given the funds are there. Just be aware that support is lacking.
