Ease of Use, GhostDraft software allowed us to use our Compliance Dept to do the markup on the Insurance Forms. Our prior solution was built in house and was reliable but the IT department had to do the markup do to complicated user interface. > > **Inconvénients**: The only con I have with our GhostDraft implementation is the upload process to the production server sometimes times out and has to be repeated. I feel this is mostly due to our large project sizes necessary to house and generate over 1200 different forms. Learning curve, GhostDraft is easy to use once trained as most functions are similar to other word processors. The learning curve is mostly due to the fact that it's combining word processing functions with data markup functions that can confuse the user until they "Get It". > > We use GhostDraft to create insurance policy forms in a production environment. It also acts as a repository for our insurance forms for the Compliance Department. GhostDraft solved the problem our prior system had which was usability for personnel responsible for the markup of the forms with the data model that is transporting the data.
