> **Avantages**: Sales and implementation were friendly. Platform was updated and easy to use and navigate

> **Inconvénients**: Security concerns were high for fraud. As soon as we set up our account, we had a number of charges that went through as settled and we caught them except one where we sent our product and lost money. Ebiz would not reimburse us and refused to acknowledge responsibility. Although when I pointed out the issues on the call they acknowledged and were going to set up stricter controls but the merchant ended up closing our account a few days in as we submitted a claim to try to recover our lost product. Basically once the merchant shut down our account they refused to do anything to keep the relationship alive and it was easier to just close our account with them. To give even more details there were attempts being done within minutes and the shipping address remained the same while the billing and CC details were all different each attempt (clearly indicates fraud or stolen CC) but their system approved it once the CC went through

> Horrible. Ended up losing money and our account being shut down. We have been in business 20 years and never had an issue with payment processing. We were with Moneris before and only switched due to the better deal and better platform. They left us with unmet promises of high grade security and fraud prevention. Did everything to earn our business but once they had it did nothing to keep it. Horrible customer service and overall an awful experience.

> **Avantages**: I like the Statement pay option where the cards on file are run automatically on a pre-determined date each month.

> **Inconvénients**: In regards to the integration with accounting software like Sage Intaact, if an invoice is reversed in the software, it is not reversed in the Ebiz portal. This leads to customers being charged on reversed invoices.
> 
> The overall experience with EBizCharge has been positive. The integration with accounting software is crucial and the customer service is great.

> **Avantages**: Some of the unique features I liked about eBizCharge include its ability to integrate closely with the ERP system. It integrates payments with payment databases in order for me not to enter payments manually. I have also adopted the real-time transaction history properly in tracking outstanding invoices as well.

> **Inconvénients**: The reporting tool does not offer the convenience of bulk downloading in my desired format, which is a little inconvenient when creating monthly compilations. I also observed that historical transaction information access takes time in peak use hence causes interruption of the time factor.
