We cannot get a person to help with even urgent matters and support tickets seem to be going unanswered. Currently our system SMS messages are not consistently being sent and there is no way to know which ones actually went to the customer. The Communications portion of owner records show the message as having gone but nothing is shown as sent in History, even if it was sent. It is a total mess that has undermined our customers' trust in us. > > The first two years were pretty good.
