The short payment cycle was another key factor. As a small NGO, we could not afford to wait 15-30 days for payouts. The support team is very responsive and easy to contact when we have an issue. I anticipate that we would be switching within the next couple of years to a platform that has a bit more ease about it. When we first started with Flipcause, donations happened quickly. Over the last year and a half, every transfer request feels like a wrestling match. I will initiate the request, and then I will have to follow up on day 11 (after their self-imposed 5-10 business day turnaround) with an email, then a live-chat conversation, and then at least 2-3 more emails. And it seems to be getting worse, not better. Our board is suspicious, and I am now forced to contemplate finding a different company - and the painful process involved with moving all of our data and learning a new system. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SYSTEM. If the money part doesn't work, nothing else matters. > > See the "cons".
