Due to being able to customize everything, there really isn't an "out of the box" option to hit the ground running. It took our team months to get things somewhat where we wanted but we were constantly changing things. Everything costs additional. > > They really tried to be the product and company we needed and unfortunately, it just didn't work out. Their team is very friendly and does offer great customer service. There is a lot of features that could use an upgrade (especially Work Orders and payment tracking).
