1. Getting a rental software, easy to use once you've learned the basics. Automating tasks which are a real treat when you were used to perform some by hand'

2. A regularly updated software, aiming at constantly improving user experience and keeping a fast evolving environment

3. On the front end, if you decide to take the optional Wordpress template you get the most efficient and secure CMS actually existing. 

4. A friendly support that takes into consideration your feedback in a positive way, because you are an everyday user.
 
5. But that's not all, in the current mindset of the sharing economy, managers part of the Flatswire network can share their apartments among them to multiply renting opportunities. This is genius. 

So in conclusion, choosing Flatswire is safe and well thought about decision, that will a step forward.

FLATSWIRE offered us with a pre-built website with a strong
back-end system, and within just three months, our new website was
online and looked better than ever.

The system efficiently provides a vast opportunity with the
possibility to automatically share our apartments with any other
agencies sharing the same back-end system.

Aside from that, FLATSWIRE provided a very helpful and strongly
supportive team all throughout the development of the project, and
after.
