That combination shortens release decisions and keeps the operation in sync. > > **Inconvénients**: Day to day the experience is strong—stable platform, responsive Tier-1, and clean compliance. Since the JSSI acquisition in Dec 2021, the roadmap feels a bit flatter than the pre-acquisition run, and as Traxxall’s popularity has grown we’ve noticed slight service variance at times (analysts appear to be carrying large portfolios, so turnarounds can stretch during busy weeks). We’d welcome a renewed feature cadence and a little more analyst capacity—but even with that, it remains the best product for our operation. > > When we choose any SaaS, relationship and trust are at the top of my list. With Traxxall, we have real human-to-human ties—our primary customer service rep and the analysts are top-notch, and it’s clear they’re invested in keeping our fleet in compliance. Six years in, the best compliment I can give Traxxall is that it quietly disappears into our day—stable, accurate, and predictable. Audits are orderly, record pulls are clean, and when we move an aircraft off CAMP (or any other tracker) the handoff is easy: their integration team pulls the history, reconciles back-to-birth, flags gaps, works with shops/OEMs, and we review; they load; we go live with clean forecasts. That’s why the old “it has to be in CAMP” line doesn’t carry weight for us—what matters is accuracy, support, and real-time compliance, and on those fronts Traxxall has been the better fit. When we need a human, Tier-1 tech support solves issues during our business hours. The net result is fewer last-minute scrambles, smoother planning cycles, and a calmer operation. It is more affordable than its main competitors. It is highly customizable. We sleep better at night knowing our maintenance data is securely backed up to the cloud. (Had some bad experiences in the old days.) Love the smart tracking that helps ensure the accuracy of our maintenance data. They are also actively developing and improving the software, adding new integrations. Plus, just as importantly, we were supported right from the start by an experienced aviation analyst.
