Routing info from the map-suppliers, info on possible road-works, will influence your pricing, as the price calculated by your software/web-widget. I think the product itself not bad for the price you pay however, it has so many basic issues and you have zero customer support. so if you have a problem and you raise this with the support team via WhatsApp or live chat, but the only answer you get is that sign up on the cooperate account and pay additional money to fix the issue. I would totally understand if I'm asking for a new feature to be built but it doesn't make sense to switch to the most expensive option then pay the additional dev cost just to fix the problems.
