The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. When we had deadlines materialize out of nowhere (things tend to happen like that when you're starting your own practice, I've come to \[painfully\] find out) he would find a way to fit me into his tight schedule to solve the issue swiftly and efficiently; at times, speaking directly to my web designer to expedite the process. I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far? Smooth sailing with no perceivable snags. > > **Inconvénients**: Surprisingly, the only thing that was somewhat needlessly psychedelic was some of the onboarding where if you couldn't meet at a very early hour, you'd have to cater what Pabau's main conference calls at 1 AM due to the vast differences in time zones. > > Excellent.
