The interface is very simplistic and to the point. I don't have to Google tutorials to figure out how to do something, like with many other products out on the market. We use this for our company with over 1,000 employees and I can't begin to imagine how much money we have saved due to MeeringBooster solving our meeting inefficiencies. > > **Inconvénients**: Can be a somewhat difficult initial setup. We chose to have it locally hosted on our own servers and ran into some issues, but I think this may have partly been due to our own server configurations. In the last 10-15 years the number of internal and external meetings has exploded and we were realising that we wasted a ridicolous amount of time, effort and buttom line. Primarily due to bad preparation, coursing slow and poor meeting, coursing poor results and bad execution on tasks. We were looking at the theory of meetings and how we could improve how we were working and at the same time looking for a tool to help us. Meetingbooster was what we found\! MatchWare helped set up the system and since then we have never looked back. The meetings we have now are way better prepared (everyone has an agenda and are reminded what to bring\!), the notes and tasks made during meetings are automatically entered in the meetingnotes but more important into the participants Outlook. The length of meetings has in average decreased by 20-30 % but more important, the amount of follow up meetings has decreased by far and tasks are actually executed. Before MeetingBooster, it could take up to 8 hours for everything from pre-meeting documentation, in meeting documentation and post meeting documentation. When we implemented MeetingBooster along with some other changes, we were able to reduce the time to about 1 hour for everything.
